During this time, I led international IT operations teams, complex Agile and Lean transformation programs, Helpdesk insourcing and outsourcing initiatives, and large-scale acquisition projects totaling $3.2 billion, as well as Change Management and Knowledge Management transformations.<br>Throughout my career, emotional intelligence, leadership development, and operational excellence have remained at the core of my approach.
