As an IT Professional and Business Leadership Coach, I support organizations through tailored, practical and results-driven programs. My professional journey spans three decades with General Electric (GE), a multinational American company leader in Aerospace, Healthcare and Energy, where I served as a Global Operational Manager based in Europe. During this time, I led international IT operations teams, complex Agile and Lean transformation programs, Helpdesk insourcing and outsourcing initiatives, and large-scale acquisition projects totaling $3.2 billion, as well as Change Management and Knowledge Management transformations.
Throughout my career, emotional intelligence, leadership development, and operational excellence have remained at the core of my approach. Today, I place this rich global experience at the service of organizations and leaders seeking sustainable performance, human-centered transformation, and measurable impact.
